Attention:Membership is open to former F-4 F and RF-4 E crewmembers and their spouses as well as flight surgeons of former Phantom wings. In addition, exchange aircrew members formerly assigned to German Phantom Units and instructor aircrews (IP/IWSO) of other nationality which were part of the German F-4 training in the USA qualify for membership.
